It draws from the foundations of Key Power Sports, where performance has always been approached as a system. One that respects individuality, effort, and long-term consistency.

Over time, we saw a gap: Plenty of training. Plenty of advice. Very little clarity.

P.Lab exists to slow things down. To assess before applying. To replace guesswork with understanding and intensity with intention.
